Tivar 1000 liner Sheet

Tivar 1000 UHMW (Ultra high molecular weight) liner sheet is often considered the work horse of engineered plastics with its widespread use across many different applications. Tivar 1000 UHMW sheet is used as a liner with huge impact resistance. These liners are extremely cost effective and routinely outperform more expensive plastic materials. Because of its near zero water absorption rate, Tivar 1000 sheet can be used in applications involving water where nylon would not be recommended. Tivar 1000 UHMW sheet is also suitable for food processing and handling applications with FDA, USDA, and Ag Canada regulation approval.

This high strength material is extremely tough as well as highly abrasion resistant, making it suitable for heavy duty applications. You will often find Tivar 1000 UHMW liner sheet in hopper liners, bearings, bushings, pipe saddles conveyor guides and many other industrial wear lining applications. Modified forms broaden the range of application as well.
